By opting into Merchant Service Depot SMS Alerts, you agree to receive text messages from us regarding your account activity, transactions, service updates, and promotional offers related to our merchant services. Messages may be sent via automated technology.
1. Messge Types
- Transactional Messages: Notifications about payments, account activity, security alerts, and service updates.
- Promotional Messages: Special offers, promotions, and marketing communications.
2. Message Frequency
Message frequency will vary based on your account activity and your preferences, but you may receive up to 4 promotional messages per month. Transactional messages are sent as needed.
3. Consent and Opt-In
By providing your mobile number and opting in (e.g., by checking a box online or texting a keyword to a short code), you consent to receive SMS messages from Merchant Service Depot. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
4. Opt-Out
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying “STOP” to any message. After opting out, you may receive a final confirmation message. For assistance, reply “HELP” or contact our support team.
5. Data Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. We collect, use, and protect your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your data will not be shared with third parties except as required by law or as necessary to provide our services.
6. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Merchant Service Depot is not responsible for any charges incurred by your mobile provider.

8. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the US or Canada to use this service.
9. Change to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of the SMS service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Messages are provided “as is” and may be subject to delays or errors. Merchant Service Depot is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to receive messages.
